Entrican Avenue Historical Society listed Tudor Mansion
This beautiful, old house was in dire need of a renovation; several below average renovations had already occurred over the years so it was time for a complete overhaul.
Being a listed building, the front facade had to remain intact at all costs so a careful approach was required.
Extensive foundations and steel framing were inserted into the dwelling to support the 4 levels above, the rear of the house was completely removed allowing for the house to be extended towards the back.
Regular site meetings were conducted with the professional clients to ensure all of the needs were accommodated and a high level of finishing was achieved.
The pool and patio areas were carried out by SGLA, a very professional company that matched the high level of finish.
To top it off, an outdoor room with operable louvres gives these discerning clients a very comfortable family space for the long summer days by the pool.
