This was an intense renovation, one the latest 18 months and a great result with very happy clients.

The house is close to 600sqm with a library, media room, formal lounge, dining, office, recording studio and 5 bedrooms, not to mention a 3 person elevator joining all 3 floors.

Little of the old house remains except a small footprint on the lower floor and a section of the East wing.

With many challenges faced and overcome the project required weekly site meetings to keep the communication open, alive and moving forward, our client was a big part of all decisions which is how a project of this magnitude should run.

The old pool was cut out and a new, custom concrete pool put in its place.

The mid-floor has extensive exterior tiling as does the pool and gazebo area.

Interior finishes were to a very high and exacting standard, nothing less for a grand house of this scale.
