What We Do

Building a new house from scratch is deeply rewarding; to turn a blank piece of land into a bespoke dwelling is something we really enjoy doing.

From Te Arai in the North to the wider Auckland area we have constructed many; in the first years of business they were modest, simple houses but over time our reputation has grown and the houses we construct along with it.

We are increasingly being asked to comment on design drawings; being engaged early in the design process allows us to offer opinions on building methods, assist with budget requirements and generally offer an informed view on making the construction process more streamlined.

We are grateful to work alongside some of Auckland’s major architectural firms, some of the smaller ones as well and have built these relationships through hard work, attention to detail and being open to all methods of construction….including 3D printing!

We offer a full contract service and manage all aspects of the construction for a full and overarching turn-key service.

Renovating a house is a challenge, one we have lived up to many times.

They can be more challenging than building a new house with many twists and turns along the way as you never quite know what you will find once demolition begins.

Many of the renovations we carry out are on old Villas; whether it’s an internal renovation, excavation underneath for more space, an extension to the back with a pool or just a new room for expanding families we treat all of these projects with the care they deserve. Sometimes access can be a challenge but early engagement can alleviate some of these concerns through informed discussions prior to going to council.

Some clients choose to stay in the dwelling during construction; saving on rental costs can sometimes be the difference between making the project viable. With careful planning and good management this can be an option on certain projects.

On other projects, where the renovation can last a year or more, we manage the schedule and budget to ensure client satisfaction and timely completion.
