Given its location we accommodated out team locally for the year-long construction process. A very steep site which required extensive site works and retaining before construction could begin
The foundations were a challenge and had to be staged over several months with precise location of the concrete piles for the cantilever paramount.

Bespoke finishing to the exterior along with a concrete suspended pool and tiled deck; the house floats in space on the Western end with full height louvres giving the clients privacy and shelter when required.

A spectacular location with sweeping views, truly a fantastic project.
